What motivated us to create this product?

In a market with falling growth rates, that is close to saturation and that has a high penetration in the Brazilian population, operators not only need to stand out from other operators by offering their customers a better experience but also are facing pressure to reduce costs. In addition, they need to find new sources of income, such as applications, music streaming and video rental. It was with this in mind that we created a package of products for operators that includes self-service products, apps and mobile sites, which reduce call center costs and provide a service differentiator, as well as applications that generate new lines of income, such as top-up transfer, music and video streaming and SMS services with a differentiator.


  • Relationship. Using our applications, intuitive customer-operator relationship interfaces can be created, reducing the time and cost associated with minor services such as providing a second copy of a bill, enabling or cancelling services and changing plans.

  • Innovative value added services with a strong potential for generating new income, such as subscriptions for remote audio and video libraries using apps in various smartphones.

  • Less sophisticated services with strong potential for income generation, such as social network updates via SMS, local chat, SMS alerts for TV program start times and multimedia SMS (without using MMS) etc. We create innovative services on demand using widely adopted technologies.

  • With Aorta’s experience integrating with operators and building and managing communities around APIs, we are able to offer services that expose platform functionality the right way: using international standards but solving developers’ problems without the difficulties associated with global platforms.
